The Transactional Operations team oversees the investor onboarding and transactional operations process. This individual will assist with organizing subscription documents, managing fund closing schedules, and maintaining investor records. This role also involves supporting data cleanup, preparing activity trackers, and collaborating on process improvements.

Requirements

  • Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and a creative problem solver
  • Possess foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities
  • Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor's degree program
  • Must be available to work the duration of the program from June 7th through August 8th to be eligible
  • Committed to working five days a week in the New York City office for the entire duration of the internship
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • We are unable to offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program

Responsibilities

  • Assist with reviewing and organizing subscription documents for investor onboarding.
  • Help track and manage fund closing schedules and related documentation.
  • Support account maintenance tasks such as updating investor records and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Contribute to data cleanup efforts across investor and fund databases.
  • Prepare summaries or trackers for onboarding and transaction activity.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and support platform updates.
