About The Position
Our client, a law firm in the Plymouth Metting area, is seeking a Transactional Attorney to join their team.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar.
- 7-10 years of experience in transactional law preferred.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Experience with law practice management and document management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desire to contribute to firm growth and client development.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal counsel to businesses and individuals on transactional matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Assist in entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with litigation and municipal law teams on cross-practice matters.
- Identify legal issues and provide proactive solutions to clients.
