Our Financial Services practice is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to join a nationally active platform in the Southeast. This role is ideal for a lawyer with significant transactional experience and a strong foundation in syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions. Requirements
- Multiple years of transactional experience at a reputable firm
- Working knowledge of syndicated loan transactions and leveraged finance structures
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Active bar admission in North or South Carolina
