About The Position
We are excited to make O'Fallon, MO our Finance Operations Hub for North America. This expansion includes establishing a new transactional accounting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organization, contribute to setting up a new team, and enhance processes. The Transactional Accounting Supervisor leads a team of accounting professionals responsible for account reconciliations, accounts payable, travel and entertainment expenses, and monthly journal entries. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency. The Supervisor will also collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
