About The Position

Responsibilities: Review and upload documentation for proper recording/placement in the system. Manage the intake and organization of new transactions in our operating system. Complete change or correction requests from the branch offices in a timely manner based on set expectations. Meet and/ or exceed metric expectations set on production time and provided after new hire ramp up. Additional duties as required by business need. Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree a plus. Prior experience in data entry, processing, or administrative support roles preferred. Real Estate, Mortgage, Financial Services, or other transactional/high‑volume environments a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including: Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. Ability to utilize in-house core operating systems. Demonstrated ability to provide internal and external customer service. Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Ability to collaborate well with others while managing assigned priorities independently. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills required to drive execution with speed and accuracy. Must be comfortable working towards daily goals and targets. The ideal candidate will have flexibility with the hours worked as this role is dependent on transaction volume. Some overtime may be required during peak weeks and holidays. Requirements
