Position Description The Transaction Manager oversees commercial real estate transactions for clients, ensuring alignment with business goals, budget requirements, and portfolio strategy. This role manages the full transaction lifecycle across multi‑market portfolios and partners closely with brokers, landlords, legal, finance, and internal client teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years in commercial real estate, with experience in tenant/occupier representation or corporate real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, negotiation, and CRE financial modeling.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions across markets.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and CRE systems (MRI, Yardi, etc.).
  • Strong communication, organization, and client‑service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end lease transactions: new leases, renewals, expansions, relocations, and terminations.
  • Lead market engagement, RFPs, site selection, LOIs, and transaction negotiation.
  • Prepare financial analyses, cost comparisons, and transaction recommendations.
  • Support portfolio strategy, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings
  • Provide regular transaction reporting, pipeline updates, and critical date tracking.
  • Coordinate with brokers, landlords, legal, project management, and finance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with client governance, approval workflows, and documentation standards.
  • Maintain accurate transaction files, trackers, and audit-ready records.
