What the job involves: We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Transaction Management to join our team. In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of transaction management analytics, contribute to key strategic initiatives, and gain firsthand experience in how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming commercial real estate. As a Summer Intern in Transaction Management at JLL, you will:

Requirements

Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years completed, majoring in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Interest in commercial real estate, analytics, and emerging technologies (AI/automation).
Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability.
Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

Learn the foundation of Transaction Management by collecting and documenting AI use cases specific to transaction processes within commercial real estate.
Pilot and launch a Transaction Management roster and biography collection as part of a TM platform strategic initiative.
Review and document user guides for a TM tracking platform to improve user adoption and platform efficiency.
Collaborate with transaction professionals and technology teams to understand how data, automation, and AI enhance client service delivery.
Gain exposure to portfolio management strategies while supporting ongoing projects across JLL’s Work Dynamics and Transaction Management business lines.
