The Transaction Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield plays a crucial role in supporting the transactions management team by providing operational coordination for a client's diverse portfolio of real estate locations globally. This position focuses on ensuring exceptional client service, managing documentation, tracking critical dates, and facilitating communication and reporting functions related to real estate transactions.

  • Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
  • Support the transactions team with documentation for the transactions management process including leases, renewals, purchases, sales, and subleases
  • Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
  • Draft and process requests for service or client initiation documents
  • Draft and process Co-Broker and agent engagement letters
  • Facilitate commission invoicing
  • Input commission information into C&W revenue reporting system
  • Assist with reporting functions including closing reports, negotiation summaries, and KPI tracking
  • Update and upload documents to TM Technology systems like Fusion, CoStar, and REFLEX
  • Prepare portfolio reporting and manage administrative client reporting duties
  • Handle general administrative duties such as copy/fax, light phone support, and correspondence
  • Process paperwork for signatures and ensure proper distribution of executed documents
  • Review broker market surveys and deliverables prior to client delivery
  • Gather data and real estate market information from research and brokers
  • Coordinate client feedback questionnaires and surveys
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of transaction information entered into databases
  • Prepare transaction communication tools and packages for management approval.
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in any field; finance/real estate ideal
  • Strong client service skills
  • Excellent communication proficiency (oral and written)
