Overview Reports To: Varies By Location Primary Functions: Operations and marketing support for mortgage loan originators Duties and Responsibilities: Assist and direct members and professional partners to appropriate individuals. Schedule and coordinate mortgage loan originator appointments as required. Respond to inquires and questions from members and professional partners and direct to appropriate personnel as needed. Assist MLO and processors to collect documentation from members as directed. Maintain logs as necessary regarding mortgage loan applications. Assist originator with marketing functions as directed. Address member concerns and inquiries quickly, professionally and courteously. Assist originator, processor and management to ensure loan transactions time frames are met and goals achieved. Maintain a thorough knowledge of loan origination system, automated underwriting systems and program guidelines. Assist with various administrative duties as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Creditable Experience in Lieu of Educaton : Not applicable Experience/Skills: Proficient at typing with knowledge of office machines with a math aptitude and letter composition familiarity. Two years general office experience which includes direct customer contact. One year minimum experience in mortgage loan processing, escrow/title, with basic knowledge of most loan program processing requirements. Computer skills required. Must be highly motivated, resourceful, and possess good organizational and communication skills. Must be able to perform multiple tasks concurrently with ease and maintain professional demeanor during interruptions. Must be friendly, organized and enjoy dealing with people. Tenure: Not applicable. Compensation Procura Transaction Coordinator (Category 14) Salary Pay Range: $ 45,633 - $ 66,624 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above. In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
