In the Transaction Coordinator role, you’ll support loan officers with a variety of administrative tasks related to loan applications, collecting and verifying documentation, ensuring compliance with underwriting requirements, maintaining accurate files, submitting title requests, and preparing completed files for processing. Clear and consistent communication with borrowers and team members will be a key part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related residential mortgage lending process experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.
