As a Transaction Coordinator at Turbo Home Buyers, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's real estate transactions. This position requires you to act as a liaison between various parties involved in the transaction process, including sellers, buyers, tenants, lenders, and escrow companies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the process. You will be expected to market the company's properties through various channels, including the MLS and direct outreach, to attract potential buyers and facilitate sales. In this fast-paced and high-stress environment, attention to detail is paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary documents are completed accurately and submitted on time. This includes collecting and organizing paperwork such as contracts, addendums, and disclosures. You will also schedule and coordinate property walkthroughs, inspections, and appraisals, keeping all parties informed about the progress of the transaction and any necessary steps that need to be taken. Your ability to think solution-oriented and manage a high volume of work activity will be essential to your success in this role. This is a full-time in-office position with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The compensation structure includes a base salary of $2,000 per month, along with a commission of 1% of the company revenue, allowing for a total annual compensation range of $65,000 to $85,000. This role is classified as a 1099 position, meaning you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
