About The Position

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Transaction Analyst within our Fleet division. This position falls under our Transaction Service line of business and is located in Brentwood. In this role, you will handle daily reports of suspended fuel transactions. You will report directly to VP of Merchant Services and regularly collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Preferably experience with bankcard transactions or fleet fuel transactions
• Strong Excel skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the team to process transactions through various channels
• Managing suspended fuel transactions volume based on error codes
• Ensuring the merchant POS product codes are mapped correctly
• Recognizing, resolving and communicating transaction issues to the team, merchants and management
