About The Position

A typical day as a Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate might include conducting company-specific due diligence efforts as our clients are looking at growing through acquisitions. You will assist in the preparation of financial models, due diligence, and other materials used in presentations and as support for a deal. Additionally, you will assist in standardizing models, processes, and procedures, interact with clients and target companies explaining accounting, finance, tax, and operational risks and opportunities identified in diligence, determine the scope of the next project, and attend regional and local networking events to promote Eide Bailly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 3 - 5 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge in auditing financial statements or transaction services.
• 2-3 years of internal accounting experience.
• Inquisitive nature with the ability to work through complex accounting and operational topics.
• Commitment to exceptional client service.
• Ability to perform analytics and identify opportunities in details.
• High professional standards and enjoyment in mentoring others.
• Established professional network related to transaction advisory, private equity, and/or investment banking.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel 5-20% of the time.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery and quality work.
