About The Position

Mauldin & Jenkins was founded in 1918, recognized among the top 100 CPA firms nationally. Our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) group supports clients in navigating complex deals, assessing value and risk, and realizing strategic growth. We foster a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and entrepreneurial leadership — giving senior leaders the opportunity to shape practice growth, client offerings, and the professional trajectory of the team. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Director to join our Transaction Advisory practice with a specialized focus on Financial Due Diligence. While the practice is led by a Firm Partner, this is a high-visibility role for a technical leader to own deal execution and team development. This position offers an incredible opportunity to shape the professional trajectory of the team and grow into TAS leadership and a future Partner role. You will serve as a senior client advisor across all stages of the transaction lifecycle, partnering directly with C-level stakeholders, private equity firms, and corporate clients.
