Requirements

• Less than a high school education and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Candidates must possess a valid state driver’s license to be considered for this role.
• Ability to read, write and interpret the English language.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.

Nice To Haves

• Availability to work 1st shift, 2nd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Ability to operate a two-way radio.
• Ability to maneuver a tram and trailer through parking garages and vehicular traffic.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the proper and safe operation of a 34-seat electric tram and trailer, transporting passengers to and from airport parking garages to terminal access.
• Transport guests to and from the airport parking garages on a continuous basis.
• Complete tram inspection at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of tram and trailer during shift.
• Recharge tram.
• Maintain log of guest/trip counts.
• Make stop announcements.
• Assist with luggage and disabled passengers as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
