About The Position
Hornblower is seeking a Tram Driver for our Alcatraz operation in San Francisco. This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody Hornblower's RESPECT Service System. The driver is directly responsible for using the TRAM efficiently and safely on Alcatraz Island. This includes friendly and professional service to visitors, proper maintenance of the TRAM, and expert driving to provide comfort and minimize hazards. The tram driver also manages the boarding lines and all crowd control responsibilities at the Alcatraz dock.
