About The Position

In this position, you will provide clerical and technical work, including the review and distribution of student management related forms and documentation such as Rosters, Training folders, Reports, and Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Orders. You will utilize multiple applicable computer software, systems, applications, and related equipment. Your responsibilities will include manipulating and retrieving course data to compile reports and produce charts and graphs, analyzing data on training needs to develop recommendations for senior personnel, and adapting organizational guidelines to certify student enrollments are processed accurately. Additionally, you will ensure students arrive on time, stamp orders, prepare orders for CPC functions, and conduct an Aviation Training Jacket build for each arriving student, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
