About The Position
The Training Supervisor, Operational is responsible for overseeing and executing technical training programs that enhance the skills and competencies of Supervisors in the Operations Department. This role is integral in ensuring Supervisors and employees are proficient in systems, technology, and technical procedures critical to yard movements, computer systems, and other technical tools used within the organization. The Supervisor will lead the design, delivery, and assessment of training programs while tracking the effectiveness of training initiatives and ensuring compliance with company standards.
