The Training Supervisor - ITP is responsible for effectively delivering new hire and annual recurrent training for all station personnel, including ITP Fueling OJT and Driver Training. The role ensures that training courses are aligned with the highest standards of health, safety, security, and compliance with government regulations. The supervisor will establish written standard operating procedures (SOPs), perform routine operational and safety inspections, and maintain training records. The position requires the ability to direct others, organize information, and support compliance with health and safety legislation. The supervisor will also participate in safety audits, complete daily reports, and attend departmental meetings.

  • Deliver new hire and annual recurrent training for all station personnel.
  • Deliver ITP Fueling OJT and Driver Training.
  • Ensure training delivery aligns with health, safety, and security standards.
  • Complete health, safety, risk, environmental, and security compliance tasks.
  • Establish written standard operating procedures (SOPs) and daily task checklists.
  • Perform routine and periodic operational and safety inspections.
  • Maintain health, safety, risk, environmental, and security record retention system.
  • Manage all training records.
  • Direct others and provide clear instructions.
  • Organize and disseminate operational, training, and safety information.
  • Assist with operational duties as necessary.
  • Project a professional image at all times.
  • Support compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Report breaches of statutory requirements to management.
  • Participate in daily safety audits and provide corrective action assistance.
  • Complete daily shift reports and other reports as requested.
  • Attend and participate in monthly departmental meetings.
  • Attend mandatory training as required by the Company and Airlines.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Possess and maintain a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing.
  • Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitively.
  • Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
  • Pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs Seal.
  • Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have high school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Competent in handling difficult situations.
  • Computer skills.
