You will play a crucial role in raising program integrity performance standards and professionalism. ● Lead a team of training and event support staff ● Collaborate with Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP) partners, Medicaid Agencies, and subject matter experts ● Drive program integrity performance standards and professionalism ● Utilize training platforms and video editing software ● Develops and administers schedule, performance requirements ● Identifies training needs and priorities by working with business leaders and critical stakeholders ● Designs team strategy and strategy for execution ● Leads stakeholder engagement WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your training expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The likely salary range for this position is $153,000 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
