Requirements

• Two years of experience in planning, developing, conducting, and evaluating training programs or courses.
• Proven experience in leading or developing training initiatives.
• Strong ability to develop training materials or curricula.
• Associate's degree in education, human resources, or a related field can substitute for experience.

Nice To Haves

• One year of motor vehicle industry experience or demonstrated leadership in formal/informal settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with video, audio, and digital image editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead in-person and digital training sessions, incorporating interactive activities, role-playing, and tailored content to meet diverse learner needs.
• Coordinate training events, including scheduling, room setup, and preparation of materials.
• Design supplemental learning resources, such as instructional videos, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Revise course materials to align with updated policies, regulations, and organizational goals.
• Gather and analyze feedback to assess training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
