III. Job Functions and Duties NO.Representative Duties1Maintain the Continuous Improvement KPI's for the whole value stream. Define and implement the Continuous Improvement procedure and strategy. Provide recommendations and monitor trends.2Performing statistical analyses to help guide decision making across projects and teams. Research and analyze data using a variety of software programs, including spreadsheets, statistical analysis, and database management programs.3Carrying out production data collection and analysis for production data, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility; Conduct baseline and value stream studies to determine applicability of project idea to strategic business needs. Collaborate and coordinate with management team, and provide them with issues, insights and synergies in order to make determinations regarding to process improvements.4Using reporting tools to develop reports that measure overall team performance. Develop weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting to monitor the production performance.5Identify business growth opportunities via data driven insights. Identify opportunities for performance improvement, particularly in PLEX data record, production efficiency; Identify sources of waste and non-value-added complexity, then developing and executing a strategy for improvement. Develop economic recommendations and present them to leadership. Utilizing ERP (Plex) system to analyze and compare product manufacturing costs and align cost saving project with organization's business goal. 6Reviews and analyzes departmental budgets; may monitor and administer department budget; Assists in preparation of capital improvement program.; Workforce analysis, Revenue analysis and internal policy development;7Participate in business case development and prioritization of technology and/or business process driven projects; Develop and conduct compliance audits, program evaluations and reviews to results with the fortitude to ensure change is permanence.8Developing of the annual performance improvement project, innovation project and seeing it through to its conclusion, including development of its month-end, year-end report.9Communicating findings and economic recommendations to leadership; Communicate analyses through presentations to senior management in the department.10Evaluate operational issues to determine how competitive and current it is with the last trends in the industry.11Provide root cause analysis and assist management with questions regarding financial performance and help resolve cost saving issues.13Other duties as assigned14Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeIⅤ.
