About The Position
The Illinois Refining Division in Robinson, IL, is seeking a Training Specialist to coordinate, develop, deliver, and support training activities across all departments at the Marathon Robinson Refinery. This role will conduct training for Robinson Refinery personnel in support of regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, using assessment tools to ensure that knowledge and skill requirements are effectively transferred in alignment with Refining Standard Practices (RSP), including RSP-1305. The position will report directly to the site’s Environmental, Safety, & Security (ES&S) Director. This position will be based in Robinson, IL and is eligible for relocation.
