This position is responsible for training and coaching new hires and existing teammates on Lender Solutions departmental tasks and procedures. The role requires the ability to lead classroom style and one-on-one training discussions for extended periods of time on a regular basis. The individual will conduct training classes on PLP systems and processes, provide training communication and reporting, assist in developing and updating Quality Control Standards, and monitor data entry for quality assurance. The position also involves creating and editing training documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining superior levels of quality and production metrics.
