About The Position

This position is responsible for training and coaching new hires and existing teammates on Lender Solutions departmental tasks and procedures. The role requires the ability to lead classroom style and one-on-one training discussions for extended periods of time on a regular basis. The individual will conduct training classes on PLP systems and processes, provide training communication and reporting, assist in developing and updating Quality Control Standards, and monitor data entry for quality assurance. The position also involves creating and editing training documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining superior levels of quality and production metrics.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Proficient with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong insurance knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Mastered more than one process.
  • Ability to resolve and address issues.
  • Low error rate.
  • Meets production metrics.
  • Knowledgeable in Residential and Commercial Tracking.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training classes on PLP systems and processes for new hires and existing staff.
  • Lead classroom style and one-on-one training discussions.
  • Provide training communication and reporting on completed training.
  • Assist in developing and updating Quality Control Standards.
  • Suggest process improvements to management.
  • Create and edit training documentation and key training tips.
  • Coach staff on process updates.
  • Monitor random sampling of data entry and provide feedback.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all processes within the departments trained.
  • Research errors for root cause analysis.
  • Maintain communication with clients and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and client expectations.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
