About The Position
The Illinois Refining Division in Robinson, IL, is seeking a Training Specialist in the HES&S Department to coordinate, develop, deliver, and support training activities across all departments. This role will conduct training for Robinson Refinery personnel in support of regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, using assessment tools to ensure that knowledge and skill requirements are effectively transferred in alignment with Refining Standard Practices (RSP), including RSP-1305. Applicants shall demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple projects aimed at engaging a diverse workforce in actively owning their learning and development. The successful candidate shall possess excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills. This position will report directly to the site’s Process Safety Manager (PSM) Manager. This position will be based in Robinson, IL and is not eligible for relocation.
