The Business Development Representative will be expected to stimulate census growth, build relationships with current and potential referral sources by educating the referral community on the benefits of the facility’s programs, research new business opportunities, attract new clients, and penetrate new markets.? Increase admissions through educating the referral community Maintain accuracy and up to date status of CRM? Qualifies leads and maintains a collaborative working relationship with Admissions Department to ensure consistent delivery of service?? Cultivates new referral relationships for facility?? Develop and maintain key business development accounts and respond to all business development opportunities Further the goals and professional image of the facility as acting as a major link between the facility, referral sources, and general public? Job Responsibilities Outreach to other treatment facilities and community recovery verticals to build awareness of program Build new relationships and onboard new referral accounts Field digital phone generated leads by digital advertising efforts? Log all info connected to digital leads into digital platform? Send new lead info for VOB? Send detailed information paragraph on all leads to Admissions and Managers? Work directly with Admissions Director and Manager in finalizing admission of all leads? Build marketing plan monthly to be sent to all Managers Send weekly reports every Monday morning by?9 am?to Managers detailing previous weeks accomplishments? Participate and be prepared for weekly Monday morning call with Managers? Always conduct self in extremely professional capacity Training Responsibilities: 1. Develop and conduct training sessions for the Intake or Admissions team on various aspects of the facility's programs, clinical practices, and effective communication strategies. 2. Provide comprehensive knowledge transfer on the facility's playbook, ensuring the admissions team is well-equipped to handle inquiries and guide potential clients and referral sources. 3. Collaborate with the Admissions Department to enhance the team's understanding of substance abuse treatment for 13 to 17-year-olds, emphasizing the unique challenges and considerations for this age group. 4. Regularly update and refine training materials to align with evolving program structures and industry best practices. 5. Monitor and assess the performance of the admissions team, offering constructive feedback and additional training as needed to ensure a high standard of service.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • One year of experience in Substance Abuse treatment is preferred and/or a strong professional reference attesting to a high degree of customer service, punctuality, and professionalism
  • A valid Driver’s License
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must submit to a background test
  • Must submit a drug screen upon hire
  • Knowledge of software programs for personal computer use
  • Knowledge and experience in working with chemically dependent clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to carry out assigned tasks to completion
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and staff by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Ability to plan and organize workload and manage tasks meeting deadlines him/herself
  • Ability to maintain professional standards and demeanor, including confidentiality of employee and client data and other sensitive information
  • Recognition of the limits of one’s own professional expertise and the willingness to seek support as needed.
  • Must be culturally/linguistically sensitive to populations served
