• Provide help desk support by troubleshooting and responding to requests and questions.

• Maintain a library of training materials and resources for accurate tracking and recall.
• Collect and generate metrics on training consumption to evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and analysis, including ad-hoc reports monthly to uncover areas for improvements.
• Continuously seek and support new approaches to improve the efficiency of training services offered.
• Facilitate scheduled in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Assist employees with their LMS/training program questions and requests.
