The Training Specialist is responsible for providing training development and delivery for Benefit Services staff. The incumbent will develop training courses and materials, collaborate with departments to identify needs, and provide technical assistance and support to agency staff and members. This position will proactively work with the Benefit Operations team, Benefit Services Staff, and agency employees. This position will be filled at one of two levels - Training Specialist or Senior Training Specialist. Selected applicant will be offered the position that most closely matches their education and experience.
