The Training Specialist I is responsible for facilitating effective training experiences that prepare employees to succeed in their roles. This position delivers training through in-person, on-the-job, and virtual formats and supports Training Department initiatives by coordinating training, maintaining resources, and reinforcing learning through post-training coaching. The Training Specialist I collaborates with the Training Team Lead and Training Specialist II to support and enhance training programs, identify opportunities to improve training delivery, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. In the Member Services Officer position, you will also serve the members of Alliance Credit Union with professional, courteous service. Perform all teller functions proficiently. Solve basic member problems and/or help with member questions or work-related matters. Efficient handling of member needs and accurate transactions. Perform account maintenance. Maintain dual control standards. Open and service accounts for members, interview and professionally handle member’s daily needs. Open and provide account maintenance for services such as basic IRA functions, share certificates, money markets, and share draft accounts. Must be well versed in more complex account structures including representative payee accounts, sole proprietorship accounts and other complex ownership. Provide basic loan information and provide loan referrals.
