Position Summary Under general supervision, the Training Specialist supports hospital operations by designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs. This role applies general to advanced instructional skills, adult learning principles, and innovative training methods to meet organizational learning needs. Assignments may include reviewing literature, statutes, rules, and policies relevant to hospital operations. Independent judgment is exercised within assigned program topics or areas of responsibility.
