About The Position
The Training Specialist III is a senior-level instructional design and curriculum development professional responsible for leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of enterprise-wide training and education programs. This role requires deep expertise in adult learning theory, curriculum strategy, and learning technologies to build high-impact training aligned with organizational goals. The Training Specialist III serves as a lead developer and advisor to subject matter experts (SMEs), project teams, and leadership to deliver innovative, results-driven learning solutions.
