About The Position

The Training Specialist at ChildServe is responsible for coordinating and facilitating training programs to ensure effective learning experiences for employees. This role involves managing logistics for training sessions, delivering training classes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support organizational learning needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or human services-related major required.
• Two years of experience in a medical environment, human services, human resources, training and staff development, or other professional administrative support role required.
• Strong verbal and written communication ability.
• Ability to become an approved driver and maintain a driving record that meets facility and insurance approval.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of training and development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and events.
• Manage enrollment and track attendance for in-person and virtual training programs.
• Maintain and update course content, user records, and system settings in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual classes emphasizing active participation and real-world application.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer service inquiries related to training programs, schedules, registration, and course access.
• Compile and prepare reports on training-related data, including attendance, completion rates, and feedback.
