A T&C Research Scientist will have deep industry knowledge, leverage technology (AI/ML tools), analyze data, experiment, stay current with trends, identify opportunities, aid in product and strategy development, and provide insights for T&C around the science of learning and what is coming. The role requires extending existing scientific techniques and inventing new ones to understand how learners learn and how learning evolves.
