Requirements

• Associates degree with 3-5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team, meet deadlines, and follow instructions accurately

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training for a variety of safety programs
• Manage scheduling logistics for programs in various formats (in-person, eLearning, onsite, virtual)
• Negotiate classroom arrangements and rental facilities for cost efficiency
• Support scheduling and coordination of instructors, ensuring HR compliance
• Monitor instructor schedules and manage class confirmations
• Administer onsite training processes from inception to completion
• Review, research, and manage eLearning registrations and completions
• Maintain accurate database records across various internal systems
