About The Position

Requirements

  • 3 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 1 year of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree. A combination of education and experience may be used in lieu of degree.
  • Must be willing to work any shift assigned.
  • Must be a currently active Ingalls Shipbuilding employee

Nice To Haves

  • Proven ability to train employees to obtain certification in a craft skill within established timelines.
  • Familiar with work policies and procedures for purposes of maintaining compliance requirements.
  • Candidate has ability to work under limited supervision, with little to no instructions needed on routine work.
  • Previous experience as a craft technical facilitator, instructor, or OJT role.
  • Familiar with company reporting systems (i.e. timekeeping, command media, Outlook, etc)
