About The Position

Located in the Melbourne CBD, as the role of a Training & Relationship Manager, you'll play a part in our clients' success and work closely with our Distribution Manager to focus on supporting and training Advisers, and Administrators on the Netwealth platform and products. This is more than a training role, it's about building confidence, trust, and long-term partnerships. From onboarding to first application, you'll ensure every adviser's experience with Netwealth is seamless, rewarding, and impactful. This role includes interstate travel from time to time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with investment, financial, or superannuation platforms
• RG146 accreditation
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-motivated and highly organised
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Collaborative and agile team player

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for training and development across existing and pipeline clients
• Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions that bring our platform to life
• Support advisers in understanding and using Netwealth's products to grow their business
• Partner with dealerships to secure and expand their engagement with Netwealth
• Support the sales process for new accounts with enthusiasm
