About The Position

The Training Partner for Cell Manufacturing at Tesla is responsible for coordinating and deploying training for new hires and providing ongoing training for existing team members in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing, effective communication across various organizational levels, and the ability to create and innovate training materials. The Training Partner will facilitate live trainings, maintain the Learning Management System, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working in Tesla Production is a plus (Lead experience preferred).
• Strong presentation skills and passion for facilitating large groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrates professionalism in communication, dress, and attitude.
• Background or understanding of adult learning principles and Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus.
• Open to schedule flexibility for various shifts including weekends.
• Command of the English language, both written and verbal.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Safety, Quality, Autonomous Maintenance, and Production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deploy training for new hires and existing team members.
• Work collaboratively with the Tesla onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions into training.
• Effectively allocate groups into appropriate training sessions based on their roles.
• Communicate training plans and completions with students, stakeholders, and managers.
• Facilitate live trainings for new hires and existing employees.
• Ensure the Learning Management System (LMS) is accurate and up to date.
• Set expectations for new hires according to Tesla standards regarding safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Maintain a contamination-free environment.
