Requirements

• Prior work experience in a financial institution with knowledge of operational policies applied to business and consumer products and services.
• Previous teaching/presentation experience is helpful.
• Working knowledge of various types of audio-visual equipment and PC.
• Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts established training program.
• Prepares and maintains training materials and course outlines.
• Evaluates and edits existing materials.
• Identifies 'subject matter experts' and use of outside materials for various classes.
• Ensures compliance related content is sufficient.
• Completes assigned compliance-related training.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.
