Wedgwood Companies is seeking a Marketing Training & Methodology Manager to support our Non-Traditional Marketing teams across Events, Retail, RSVP, and Direct Marketing. This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving the training frameworks, resources, and methodologies that help our teams succeed in the field. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to create impactful training materials, observe real-world implementation, and continuously improve how our teams are trained and developed—from new hires to leadership. Our Non-Traditional Marketing teams are critical drivers of lead generation and customer engagement.
