About The Position

The Training Market Analyst at Rehlko is responsible for developing training materials and activities focused on enhancing sales training content and platform administration within the Sales organization. This role aims to drive training program initiatives that improve product awareness, professional skills, and team performance, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university in communications, business, or marketing preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in business training curriculum and program development.
• Experience in advertising and communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and leads development of multi-modal sales/commercial training materials in collaboration with global/regional sales and marketing departments.
• Ensures on-time delivery of all materials via online Learning Academy and other digital platforms within assigned budgets.
• Leads internal communications to generate associate awareness and engagement with training programs and resources.
• Creates course curriculums and content to develop sales acumen and professional soft skills of sales and marketing associates.
• Oversees the registration process for managed course curriculums and facilitates a course completion recognition program.
• Administers the online CEU registration portal, processing requests and managing changes.
• Maintains existing Learning Academy and CEU Portal training modules for technical accuracy and market relevance.
• Collaborates with technical training colleagues to generate monthly progress reports on distributor technician registrations.
• Acts as business representative and product owner in discussions with third-party vendors providing training platforms.
• Develops proposals for program expansions to improve the reach and use of training resources.
• Provides analysis in all phases of the training program/processes with reports and recommendations.
