• Develop and lead advanced training classes for current dealers to refine their business strategies and operational skills.
• Design and execute training programs for internal sales and leadership teams to enhance their skill sets.
• Evaluate both internal and dealer training needs, creating new programs to address any gaps.
• Create and maintain training manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources to support ongoing education.
• Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
