The Training Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of our franchise training program. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with active participation in training delivery and content creation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives on collaboration and execution, ready to evaluate current practices, identify efficiencies, and drive innovation. This role focuses on our customer and collaborates with internal departments to ensure our travel agents and franchisees receive the training they need to succeed.
