About The Position

The Training Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of technical training programs across the organization. This role ensures the training function aligns with business goals, supports workforce development, and drives performance improvement through effective learning solutions. The Training Manager oversees a team of training professionals, partners with department leaders, and ensures consistency and excellence in training delivery and content. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years in training or instructional design; 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing training teams .
  • Strong knowledge of training design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and learning management systems.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with "Articulate" and SAP strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the technical training strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead a team of trainers, instructional designers, and training specialists to deliver high-impact programs.
  • Oversee training needs assessments, curriculum design, and delivery for technical roles across departments.
  • Establish and track KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support onboarding, upskilling, compliance, and product/technology launches.
  • Maintain alignment with industry best practices, adult learning principles, and training technology trends.
  • Own and manage training documentation, tools, and systems (e.g., LMS, knowledge bases).
  • Manage budget, vendor relationships, and external training resources when needed.
  • Ensure quality and consistency across all training content and delivery channels.
