Position Summary The Training Manager is responsible for developing and delivering NOC’s core training programs, including new employee orientation, required compliance trainings, cultural and behavioral training, hospitality and guest-service training, and leadership development. This role also oversees the administration and effective use of NOC’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure training is accessible, consistent, and measurable across all locations.
