About The Position
The Training Manager – Production / Warehouse is responsible for leading and managing the onsite training infrastructure at Varsity Brands’ Avenue K facility (Grand Prairie, TX). This role ensures the successful onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling of production and warehouse employees through a scalable, coach-led training model. While not directly operating within production or warehouse functions, the Training Manager – Production / Warehouse collaborates closely with department leadership, HR Business Partners, and the Continuous Improvement (CI) team to align training efforts with operational goals and evolving process standards. This individual is a trusted partner, known for their interpersonal awareness, adaptability, and ability to drive large-scale training initiatives with precision and care. They are highly proficient at communicating and influencing the importance of training and development, and clearly articulating its long-term impact on business performance, employee engagement, and operational excellence. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Training - Production / Warehouse.
