We're looking for a creative, innovative, experienced, and hands-on professional to develop and maintain the commercial training strategy for Polestar in North America. The Training Manager will manage and oversee all things revolving around our customer in North America. You will be an expert facilitator with a passion for engaging your audience across sales, customer experience and product training. You will be responsible for driving our learning experience, develop engaging content, and deliver a best-in-class experience for our retail partners and Customer Experience Center. In this role you will ignite your passion through developing, transforming, and delivering innovative operational training for our customer-facing personnel at Polestar. The Training Manager will drive North American market needs while collaborating closely with Polestar's global headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. This position will require 15 - 20% overnight travel throughout North America.
