The Training Manager / NABIT Coordinator at McDonald's is a pivotal role focused on the training and development of both crew members and management staff across multiple restaurant locations. This position requires an energized individual who is passionate about fostering a culture of learning and growth within the organization. The Training Manager will be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring new managers and crew members, as well as providing ongoing support to existing staff. This role involves identifying and monitoring training needs within the organization, designing, planning, and implementing effective training programs tailored to meet those needs. In addition to conducting training sessions in the restaurant, the Training Manager will also facilitate some classroom training. This dual approach ensures that all team members receive comprehensive training that is both practical and theoretical. The individual in this role will also be responsible for administrative functions related to training, which may include tracking progress, maintaining training records, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Furthermore, the Training Manager will engage with NABIT calls and webinars, staying updated on new and revised procedures. They will be tasked with deploying new items and products to all restaurants, ensuring that all staff are informed and trained on the latest offerings and operational changes. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence across the franchise.
