About The Position
The Training Manager / NABIT Coordinator at McDonald's is responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring new and existing crew members and managers. This role involves identifying training needs, designing and implementing training programs, and conducting training sessions both in the restaurant and in classroom settings. The individual will also manage the administration functions related to training and stay updated on new procedures through NABIT calls and webinars.
