The Manager of Field Training is responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Red Bull North America's (RBNA) On-Premise Field Sales department. This position entails implementing comprehensive training programs designed to develop the skills, knowledge, and capabilities required to achieve RBNA's On-Premise business objectives. Additionally, the Manager of Field Training will oversee projects and processes that support the professional growth of Field Sales team members throughout their development journey, from onboarding to achieving expertise. Core responsibilities include, among other tasks, executing the On-Premise Training Strategy and delivering the curriculum, developing and maintaining onboarding tools, programs, and resources for new employees, as well as undertaking ad-hoc employee development projects to support the Senior Manager of Field Training.
