How you will create an impact This position has flexible hours and the ability to work from our new Atlanta Innovation Hub location. We have an exciting opportunity for a person who can do successfully manage multiple aspect of Claims Training. You will contribute with Instructional Design and coordinate/ facilitate live location-based training sessions. You play a key role in shaping and developing our excellent learning plans and programs and expanding our CLAIMS UNIVERISTY. You will network closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across North America to support immediate and long-term learning strategies aligned with AIG's Insurance Claim's objectives. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate a full range of learning solutions across a broad scope of delivery methods and modalities. You will be involved in the instructional methods, learning technologies, and processes for developing innovative, efficient, and effective learning solutions.
